When doing planks and push-ups, make sure that there is no deflection in the lower back.

When doing chair presses, try not to lift your shoulders. And remember that the closer your back is to the chair and your legs farther from it, the harder it will be.

When performing the bridge, try not to lower the pelvis completely to the floor, touching it with your lower back.

Make sure that the knee angle of the supporting leg is 90 degrees during the lunge squat. The other knee should be practically touching the floor.
