Mix honey and coffee. Apply the scrub to areas of the body affected by cellulite and massage for 7-10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
If you have dry skin, lubricate it with cream, milk or oil after the procedure. For other skin types, the hydration provided by the honey in the scrub will be sufficient.
4. Scrub for skin elasticity
Pumpkin and sugar scrub evens out the skin and makes it firm. This recipe is suitable even for sensitive skin prone to inflammation and breakouts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1 cup boiled pumpkin pulp
If you add 5 drops of vitamin E, the scrub will be even more effective.
Preparation and application
Grind the pumpkin pulp in a blender. Mix the resulting gruel with sugar well. Apply the scrub to the skin and massage for 5-7 minutes.
Rinse off with water. If you have dry skin, moisturize with cream, oil, or milk.
5. Scrub for youthful skin
Real dark chocolate with a high content of cocoa butter is a source of fatty acids that inhibit aging and aging of the skin.
