But there is also the main disadvantage: the more people want to make repairs, the more expensive it will cost. First, the cost of building materials has its own seasonality. If the goods in large construction hypermarkets are less prone to price fluctuations, then all kinds of doors or plastic windows from a small factory, the products of small stores may well become more expensive. In terms of economy, the winter months are the best for rework. Kirill Aksyonov believes that this is the most obvious plus of repairs in the cold season. The craftsmen are not so busy, the prices for their services are slightly reduced, the companies offer discounts and bonuses. The sellers of building materials are trying in every possible way to attract a buyer: there is a saving of funds.

It is also not worth postponing the replacement of batteries until the heating season. After all, it will not be easy to coordinate their shutdown. In the off-season, it is also worth repairing balconies and loggias, changing windows, installing air conditioners. As long as it is not very cold outside, there is no risk of damage to furniture and interior finishes due to outdoor temperatures.
