The cryptocurrency market is growing by leaps and bounds. In addition to the popular Bitcoin, which is suitable for long-term investments, there are over a thousand other currencies. These so-called altcoins are inexpensive, show frantic growth rates and volatility, and therefore are very interesting to trade.
The TabTrader terminal application will help you keep track of all the selected currencies, which are often also present on different exchanges, as well as conclude deals on them. It supports more than two dozen exchanges such as Coinbase, Bitstamp, Huobi, Kraken, Bitfinex, Bitmarket, Bittrex, Poloniex, EXMO, as well as 500 currencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), Namecoin (NMC), Stellar (STR), Ether (ETH) and others.
TabTrader has two main screens - a list of currency pairs and a currency market. It is convenient to keep track of the rates of different currencies on different exchanges in the list: you can add as many pairs as you like and arrange them either in a grid or vertically. By tapping on a couple, you are taken to the market screen.
TabTrader displays several types of charts: candlestick charts, line charts and bar charts. There is also a chart of the trading volume. You can change timeframes, and the detail is quite high: twelve steps - one minute, five, ten, fifteen, thirty, hour, four hours, and so on.
There are nine technical indicators for analysis in TabTrader: Simple Moving Average, Exponential Moving Average, Bollinger Bands, Bill Williams' Wonderful Oscillator and others. There are also analysis tools - all sorts of straight lines, arcs, Fibonacci grid.
In addition to the chart, TabTrader allows you to view the order book and deals. In order not to miss the moment when the rate reaches a certain point, you can set up notifications in TabTrader. Then the smartphone will inform you about the event with a sound signal.
The strong point of TabTrader is that you can buy and sell currencies here. To do this, you need to link your exchange account to the application using an API key. When creating keys, do not give them the rights to withdraw cryptocurrencies, the developers of TabTrader warn.
Transactions are made in the usual way for an exchange: you place an order indicating the volume and price. The moment of the transaction will be marked on the chart. Of course, since you allow the application to do this, an appropriate level of security is required. TabTrader allows you to set a PIN.
