Ingredients:

  • flour - 230 g;
  • a couple of egg yolks;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil - 45 ml;
  • dry yeast - 7 g;
  • milk - 160 ml.

Preparation

  1. Combine 190 grams of flour with yeast and salt. Beat eggs separately with sugar, butter and warm milk.
  2. Knead the dough in a bowl for a couple of minutes, and then put it on a table sprinkled with half the remaining flour and knead with your hands for another minute.
  3. Let the dough rise in warmth for an hour, after which we roll it out, sprinkling it with the rest of the flour, into a layer of centimeter thickness.
  4. Cut out the donuts, place them on a baking sheet and leave warm for another 45 minutes. We bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
