In the near future, all Twitter users will have access to a button that allows them to view posts in chronological order. Previously, the feed first displayed those publications that might be most interesting to a person.
To take advantage of the innovation, you need to click on the star icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Twitter will study your behavior: if you switch to the timeline constantly, it will be installed by default.
The company began testing the new feature a few weeks ago. According to her, users who had access to the button took part in the discussions more often than others. Algorithmic feed appeared in the service at the beginning of 2016 and many people did not like it because of its unpredictability.
The new switch is about to become available to iOS users, and will reach the rest of the platforms in the coming weeks.
