3. Make moisturizing face masks. In winter, they are needed for all skin types. On the morning of the holiday, use a mild scrub (only if you have non-sensitive skin) and apply a mask. Store-bought remedies can be substituted with homemade recipes. Just be careful not to get carried away with experiments, they can lead to unexpected and disastrous results. Use hypoallergenic, mild ingredients, or those you have proven to work.

If you suddenly have a foundation that is too dark for you, use it. Just keep in mind that creamy textures are more difficult to work with. A creamy highlighter can be made by adding pearlescent crumbly shadows to your foundation.

Brows

Nowadays there is a cult of well-groomed and expressive eyebrows. Well, I happily support him. Sloppy or inconspicuous eyebrows will break your holiday makeup.

A few days before the New Year, do the eyebrow shaping - on your own or in the salon. You can dye your eyebrows with paint or henna, then you don't have to tediously paint them before the festive evening.

Correction of eyebrows and selection of a shade for coloring them is a matter for a professional. If you are not confident in your abilities, it is better to turn to a master, preferably a proven one.

If the eyebrows are correctly adjusted and colored, sometimes it is enough to just smooth them with gel. The special eyebrow gel can easily replace hair gel or wax (apply with a clean mascara brush) or clear lip gloss.

To adjust the color and shape of your eyebrows, you can use a matte brown eyeshadow. Ideal - creamy brown eyeshadows. Be careful not to overdo it, so as not to remind the padishah's wife at the holiday. It is convenient to apply shadows with a beveled brush.

Eyes

If you don't have concealer, you can use your foundation as well. Apply it quite a bit, just moisturize the skin around the eyes well before applying.

It is better to mask bruises after you have applied the shadow. They can peel off during application and stick to the skin under the eyes due to the creamy texture of concealer or foundation. It will be problematic to erase the grains without leaving streaks. They can be brushed off dry skin.

Dark shades of blush can be used as eyeshadow, light powder can be used as natural shade eyeshadow.

Any mascara will look more expressive if you apply one layer, then powder your eyelashes and apply a second layer. Colored mascara is suitable for New Year's makeup. See how you can do it with a white pencil and shadows.

The eyeliner can be replaced with mascara and dark or colored eyeshadows. Use a thin or beveled brush to apply. In the case of eyeshadows, you can use them dry (this way the eyeliner will be soft) or moisturized (this way you will get a graphic eyeliner).

To keep your gaze wide open, you need to make an inner arrow - when the space between the eyelashes is painted over with a black pencil. You can use a simpler option: when you dye your eyelashes, press the brush against their growth line. So she will paint over the desired areas.

Lips

Lips, like the skin of the face and eyes, must be brought into perfect condition before applying lipstick. If your chapstick isn't working and your lips are dry and chapped, try using a moisturizer for the eyes. Apply it at the very beginning of makeup so that the cream has time to be absorbed by the time you apply lipstick.
