What is a Routine? Do we often think about what exactly spoils our mood? Why, at first glance, harmless and mundane things after a while begin to annoy us at first, then to anger, and then they can even drive us to madness ?! A standard working day - getting up at the same time, everything is calculated in minutes (for a shower - 10 minutes, breakfast - 25 minutes and for an exit), then a certain time for the road to work, in fact, the work itself, and again home by that the same route. And so day after day. All this is called in one word - routine, and it seizes us no worse than stress.

With such a schedule, even the work that you initially liked turns into hateful work, and friendly employees turn into boring ones. With such an alignment of affairs, life is not life, but a continuous tianchuka. But even from such situations there is a way out. You just need to stop and think about how you can diversify those parts of the time in which you have to go to the office, stand in traffic jams, and do tedious work.

For example, listening to audio books or your favorite music on the way. With audio books, you cope with two tasks - you listen to what you have long wanted to read, but there was no time, and at the same time, the time on the road will fly by. If you walk part of the way to the office, then you can choose several routes and change them periodically. You can even get up a little earlier and have a cup of aromatic coffee in the cafe (there are also 24-hour coffee shops).

The main thing in this is to realize that there are things that you cannot avoid, so you just need to figure out how to make unpleasant and boring activities a little more attractive. You will see that by making at least a small change (at least take your eyes off the asphalt and look at the people around) you change everything.

The same goes for household chores. And it is no better, and sometimes much worse than the office one. You don't have to remember about family life - everyone knows about it not by hearsay. But there are a lot of recipes here, the main thing is to choose your own path and not be lazy.

People are mysterious creatures and they feel happiness in pinpoint moments. Either the blissful or the enlightened can experience a constant feeling of happiness. Learning to live in the here and now and feel moments of happiness is very difficult, but still real. Here we can learn a little from young children.
