1. Flexcil Notes

This app is a hybrid of a note-taking and a PDF-reader. It is quite popular in the AppStore and has now received a version for Android as well. Flexcil Notes allows you to create notes - both text and handwritten - and add comments directly to the pages of PDF documents. The program has tabs like a browser, so you can keep as many notebooks at the same time as you need. The developer calls Flexcil Notes a tool well suited for drawing up notes.

2. Instagram Lite

If your phone can't boast of an abundance of internal memory or you just don't like to clog it with programs too much, install Instagram Lite.
