You can use the Apple domain again to log into its services, even if you have already connected third-party mail.

Previously, the company only allowed switching from one mail service to another. For example, if your Apple ID was linked to Yahoo mail, then you could switch to Gmail. There was no option to change a third-party email domain to @ iCloud.com.

Now such an opportunity has appeared. The company writes that if your Apple ID is linked to your Gmail or Yahoo inbox, then you can go to @ iCloud.com, @ me.com, or @ mac.com. But after that, it will no longer be possible to switch back to third-party mail.

Before changing your mailbox, you need to sign out of all services and devices that use your Apple ID. Next, you need to do the following
