Get Some Headspace is an incredibly cool app for anyone looking to do some meditation. It was developed by Headspace, and in particular by Andy Puedicomb, a former Buddhist monk and author of several best-selling books.
How many times I have seen articles and materials on the Internet on how to learn meditation, the same number of times I have failed. Therefore, I am still impressed by this application, which in 10 minutes allowed me to feel and learn more about meditation than with a dozen articles.
Headspace is an American project that promotes meditation and dispels myths about it. The main goal of Headspace is to teach people how to spend 10 minutes daily on meditation and to show what miracles it can do. This organization was founded by Andy Pudecombe, and here is some information about him.
The Get Some Headspace app contains a free ten-day meditation course. Each lesson includes several exercises, which are accompanied by video and audio prompts. The exercises take exactly 10 minutes. Separately, I would like to say about the appearance of the application: everything looks as cool as it can be.
