I know firsthand how hard it is to go to train after a working day. However, there are ways to help you find the time and desire to exercise, and I'll talk about them in this article.

Stop waiting tomorrow to start exercising. As the great philosopher Guf said:

After all, today tomorrow will be yesterday, and yesterday it was tomorrow.

Do you understand the whole point of these words? I don't, but it doesn't matter. Okay, jokes aside. I know from my own experience how hard it is to force yourself to go to workout after a working day. However, it can be done, and I will share several methods that helped me.

Habit

When I worked from 9 am to 6 pm, coming to the gym at 7 in the evening and exercising there until 9 after a long day of work was hard. But only the first few weeks. Many times I have encountered the 21-day rule. If you do the same action for three weeks in a row, it will become a habit, and you will no longer be able to live without it.

Is it hard to go to training? Overpower yourself for the first few weeks and then you can no longer live without it. However, this is a rather radical method, and there are easier ways.

Find a sport that interests you

After all, sports are not limited only to jogging and rocking. This can be American football, table tennis (you can sweat there too), swimming or squash. Try to diversify your sports life. Don't go to the gym just because your friends are there. Find a sport that you enjoy and want to spend your time on.

Start practicing at home

In big cities, it can take several hours just to get to the gym and back. If you don't have this time, start practicing at home. You can use, for example, various applications with training complexes. Or you can put on your sneakers and start running around the house. There are many options, and lack of time is no excuse.

Buy your gear

For example, TRX loops can actually replace a bunch of machines and can be easily used even at home. They are quite expensive, but they will add a huge variety of exercises to your workouts and help make classes different from each other.

Find an active hobby

For some, this hobby can be hiking in the woods, and for others - cycling outside the city. Think of it not as a workout, but as a great way to have a good time. And the way it is.

Walk more

Do you use public transport? Get off two stops to your destination and walk. By car? Park away from work or home and walk the extra mile. It won't take as long as it seems, and in the long run you will burn a lot of calories.

I used some of these methods myself, some came to mind while writing the article. I think that you, too, have ways to help you make time for sports. Will you tell?
