Routine jams. It kills the joy of the process. Because of it, we lose whole chunks of life, as we do many things automatically. Over time, even the most exciting and favorite activity can turn into a routine that will make you feel nauseous. But there are ways to bring back the freshness of your favorite business, and surf photographer Chris Burkard knows how to do it. We hope this post will inspire you to new feats and help your work become loved again!

The thing is that since childhood Chris dreamed of traveling and photographing people riding the waves. At 19, he told his parents that he was quitting his job to do what he loved. However, here's the bad luck - the more Chris traveled, the less pleasure he got from his once beloved work. It turned out that even looking for adventure can turn into a routine.

What he did? He thought that he had seen only a third of the oceans so far. So why not go where few people would think of surfing? Agree that boarding in the Arctic Circle, off the coast of Norway, is a rather original idea.;)
