We are continuing our campaign to fight obesity with a low-carb diet. The menu consists of foods high in protein and fat and low in carbohydrates.

The formula is simple:

  • breakfast, lunch and dinner - a little more than 300 kcal;
  • three snacks 100 kcal each.

In total - about 1,300 kcal per day.

To avoid feeling hungry, try to eat every 2-3 hours and do not skip snacks.

Preparation

Main dishes require at least 20 minutes to prepare. Plus, the menu is designed in such a way that you can make most of the dishes immediately for the current day and the next.

The only exception is chicken broth. To prepare it, take a pound of chicken with bones (backs are good) and about a liter of water. For taste, you can add onion and bay leaf. Cooking will take an hour and a half - the longer, the tastier.

Use a minimum amount of fat for frying (ideally cooking spray).

All dishes can be salt and pepper to taste.

At the end of the table is a list of foods that will last for five days.
