Inbox now has smart search with answers in the form of cards

Google's Inbox app has gotten smarter after the update, with a new search function using standardized cards.

the official Google client for Gmail, has both fresh and smart new functionality. According to the developers, now using the application it will become much more convenient to search for some types of important information in email. For example, addresses, attendance passwords or track numbers.

Search in the standard Google mailbox has always been distinguished by its quality: letters were sorted not only by date, but also by relevance. However, the update showed a new level of user experience. Now the built-in search in Inbox is very similar to that in Google itself. The application has learned to display (not always, but still) a small help card with a quick response instead of a list of email addresses.

The updated search works in a rather curious way: the application not only responds to the request, but, if possible, displays the numbers that are inside the corresponding messages. Moreover, the filters are configured in such a way that the most important data is displayed next to the message in the reference card, corresponding, in the opinion of Inbox and Google developers, to addresses, account numbers, cards, amounts, or, say, booking dates or orders made via the Internet.

Is able to update and show help from necessary Google services. So, when searching in the Inbox for the name of the hotel, it is likely to receive an answer supplemented with a map with the appropriate marks. According to company representatives, in the near future, the application will have separate quick response cards for inquiries about addresses, phone numbers, flights, events, bank documents, tracking packages and "much more."
