Usually, making homemade fondant is a difficult, time-consuming process that requires special kitchen utensils - a culinary thermometer. We propose to cook, though not a classic, but quite noteworthy fondant right in your own microwave.

Cut the cold oil into small cubes and place in a microwave safe container.

Next, add the peanut butter without the peanut pieces and let it warm up for 30-40 seconds (depending on power).

Sift the icing sugar and add it to the butter mixture. Pour in the cream. When mixed, you will get a rather thick paste, which should be evenly distributed in a parchment-coated mold.

Then put the mold in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make the fondant easier to chop. The treat should be stored in the same place.
