Try not to watch TV for at least a month, and you will see how your consciousness will be transformed, and then your life. 3. Communicate with real people
Nothing can replace communication with a living person: no social networks, no chats, no email, not even a mobile phone. Try not to sit on social networks, do not read the endless news of your friends. If you want to chat - invite to a cafe, invite for a walk, go in for sports, find a common hobby. Only live communication, only understanding of other people's emotions, only attention to a person.
4. Don't lie
There is one simple wisdom: everything secret sooner or later becomes apparent. And it will be even worse than you can imagine. If you tell the truth all the time, you won't have to remember what you told the person and in what details. And remember the main thing: never lie to yourself.
5. Go in for sports
In a healthy body healthy mind. It is not necessary to reach unprecedented heights in a sports career and put your health on the altar of victory. It is enough to keep your body in good shape: jogging, playing sports, martial arts, fitness, or just doing exercises every day. Believe me: your body will thank you more than once, your mood will always be good, you will not be afraid of any stress.

6. Don't be afraid to change
Do not sit in your own swamp, develop, get out of your comfort zone, look for answers to your questions, set new super tasks for yourself. Look at the people around you: many of them do nothing to change themselves and their reality in order to become happier. Don't be like them. Stop thinking stereotypes and stereotypes. Read books, learn new skills, travel, study, dream and become a person with whom it is interesting to spend time.
7. Learn from your mistakes
Life is a school where all people are students: some do poorly, others do well. Understand: a mistake, whatever it may be, is not scary to make, scary to repeat it. This means that you have not learned the lesson, have not figured out the topic. And life will put this task before you over and over again until you figure it out.
8. Appreciate what you have
Most people think that they will become happy when they reach a certain standard of living: a new expensive car, a new girl (man), a renovation in an apartment, a huge salary or an important position. But then a person achieves what he wants, enjoys this moment for a while and begins to look for a new goal. And so on ad infinitum. Life turns into work to achieve something, and a person loses the ability to enjoy the fruits of his labors and the present moment.
Learn to relax and enjoy what you already have. You and many of your fellow citizens have something that is not available to most people on earth.
9. Be responsible
Many people do not want to take responsibility not only for someone, but also for their own lives. Most require something from others, from the country, from God, from good luck, but forgets to ask themselves. Learn to be responsible for yourself and the people you love, do more than is expected of you, and your life will change forever. Do not complain about failures, lack of money and, finally, order in the country. Everything can be changed (although not immediately). You just need to start with yourself.
10. Get enough sleep
The simplest and wisest advice is to get enough sleep. Go to bed on time and get up early in the morning. Nobody canceled the popular wisdom: "In any incomprehensible situation, go to bed" and "The morning is wiser than the evening."
