My first publication caused a lot of questions and comments, and I will try to answer the most interesting ones.

So, a long time ago, in the disappeared country of the USSR, I was an ordinary child. In 1988 he graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic, Faculty of Electronic Engineering. And even managed to work on the production of microcircuits at the Kiev PO "Kristall". Yes, in the USSR there were not only offices and banks, but also real factories. In 3 years, from an engineer-technologist, he has grown to the "head of the quality service of crystal production" - "deputy. gene. dir. associations by quality ". Then restructuring and collapse, went to work as a sales manager in a computer company. In several companies, I reached the level of deputy director, but since the directors were the owners, there was nowhere else to go. In 2004, he actually quit his job “to nowhere”, but a year later he created his first profitable company. Now I have 2 small LLCs, so I create a daily routine as it is convenient for me.

I promised to tell why natural food (SAME) is better … As you know, any food in the stomach is first broken down into basic components (amino acids, simple sugars, etc.), from which the body then creates everything it needs. It's like a LEGO constructor, where by dismantling and folding several types of "bricks", you can create a million items. So in the stomach, enzymes "disassemble" the eaten food into "bricks", from which their own muscles and bones are then built … This is simple and understandable. Now let's imagine how someone (on the advice of nutritional scientists) put a LEGO structure in a hot oven. First, the smell will appear, then the color will change, and at the end - the shape. Like traditional cooking. Some "bricks" will melt, others will deform, and others will stick together with their neighbors. Disassembling a heat-treated LEGO will become more difficult. There will be few "bricks" suitable for further use. And, the most unpleasant (!) - there will be a lot of destroyed parts. What to do with them is unclear. In the case of food, this "biomass" pollutes our body, since it is impossible to remove it outside (too much comes in). And most diseases are simply a consequence of the slagging of one or another organ, because of which it works half-strength, or even turns off altogether.

When feeding the SAME, the input of "biomass" stops, and after a while the body begins to clean out the previously accumulated deposits. This explains the supposedly "miraculous" cases of getting rid of diseases. The body simply returns to its natural state.

It is rather a way of eating. My food changes all the time. At the beginning of the journey, I ate a lot of salads. At the base are grated beets, carrots, chopped green onions, dill, parsley. I added whatever I wanted - celery, all sorts of radishes, turnips, cabbage, parsnip roots (I can't even remember). Refueled with raw-pressed olive, linseed, corn, sunflower, mustard oils. Sometimes sprinkled with peeled sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax. In addition, I ate all kinds of fruits, vegetables, citrus fruits. I eat very little now. This week (per day) I eat about 3-4 apples, 2-3 persimmons, a few tangerines. A handful of almonds. Occasionally half an avocado. Recently, I like fresh (salad) cabbage, I can eat 400 grams. A couple of spoons of honey. Almost everything …

Question: “Try to eat like this in Siberia. Yes, we have fruits and vegetables in stores, but their quality …"

I have already explained that the best superfood organic food after cooking becomes worse than the usual supermarket natural food. Yes, apples from our own garden are even better, but even store-bought apples are a hundred times more useful than homemade dumplings.

The difference is enormous. Vegetarians also eat denatured, artificial foods. In general, all "traditional" heat-treated power systems are unnatural. Including veganism. Diseases from B12 deficiency are proof of this. On the SAME there are no problems with B12, calcium, iron, or anything at all. I once did an extended blood test, you can see the results for yourself. The doctor, giving the result, was also surprised at what beautiful indicators.

An amazing fact - not a single creature in the world receives all the necessary substances directly from food. Everyone eats the same way, and some are even worse - the koala has only eucalyptus leaves, the camel only has a thorn, etc. Where do they get the missing proteins, fats, the same B12? The answer is simple - each creature has its own biofactory - intestinal microflora. It is she who creates all the missing nutrients from food. I quote from scientific research:

"The symbiosis of macro- and microorganisms is that the host" takes care "of the intestinal microflora, providing it with nutrients, and the microflora provides the macroorganism with the metabolites it needs …"

That is, the task of a person is not so much to feed himself as to feed his microflora. And microflora feeds on plant fiber, which is destroyed during heat treatment. When eating "boiled" microflora there is simply nothing to eat, and it dies. And the remnants of cooked food feed on the microflora of decay, capable of producing only poisons and toxins.
