1. Cheese soup with chicken

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 200 g of processed cheese;
  • 4 large potato tubers;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 2 large carrots;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • salt, black pepper, croutons, herbs - to taste.

Preparation

Put the chicken fillet in a 3-liter saucepan and add 2 liters of water. As soon as the broth starts to boil, add salt and pepper and 2-3 bay leaves. Cook from the moment of boiling for 20 minutes, then remove the chicken.

Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots. Cut the warm chicken into small pieces. Grate the processed cheese or cut into cubes. Add potatoes to boiling broth.

While the potatoes are boiling, for 5–7 minutes, lightly fry the onions and carrots, lightly salt and pepper them. Add the finished frying to the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then add the chicken. After 3-4 minutes add the processed cheese, stir the soup and turn off the heat.

Before serving, it is advisable to sprinkle the soup with herbs. Can be served with croutons.

2. Mushroom julienne

Ingredients

  • 100 g of champignons;
  • 2 onions;
  • 1 teaspoon wheat flour;
  • 2 tablespoons of butter;
  • 50 ml of cream of any fat content;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • salt, black pepper to taste.

Preparation

Chop the onion and mushrooms, fry them with salt and pepper in butter until tender. Add flour and stir. Divide the mushroom mixture into tins, cover with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

3. Muffins with ham and cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 150 ml of milk of any fat content;
  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 10 g baking powder;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 100 g ham;
  • salt, black pepper, sugar - to taste.

Preparation

Cut ham and cheese into small cubes. Put soft butter, sugar, salt, pepper, milk in a deep bowl and whisk.

Add flour, eggs, baking powder to the mixture and knead the dough. Pour the ham and cheese cubes there and stir.

Divide the dough into the molds, filling them on ⅔. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 50 g wheat flour;
  • 200 g bread crumbs;
  • 300 g edam cheese;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 300 ml of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices. Beat the egg lightly. Dip the cheese in flour, dip in an egg, roll in breadcrumbs.

Pour oil into a deep skillet and heat to a boil. Place the cheese slices in the skillet. Cook for 20-30 seconds on each side until golden brown.
