In the last article, we touched on the topic of flexibility and offered three simple tests. In this post, as promised, we have put together a video with simple exercises that a person with any training can perform without the help of a coach.

All exercises should be done very softly, no sudden movements! Bend and bend as far as your body allows you. Our trainer likes to repeat that correct stretching is “painful, but pleasant,” that is, if nothing pulls anywhere at all, then you feel too sorry for yourself. But there should not be strong pain sensations either. Therefore, for the first few workouts, listen to your body and watch its reactions to different exercises.

If you have injuries or other health problems, be sure to check with your doctor or trainer.

The last video from Zuzka for today is more suitable for a cool down after cardio or strength training.

Once again, we want to remind you of safety precautions. Take your time, do not make sudden movements and do all the exercises carefully. Have a good evening!
