Refreshing variations of the famous cocktail. Including no alcohol.
1. Classic Mojito from Jamie Oliver
Ingredients
- ½ lime;
- 7-8 fresh mint leaves;
- 1 dessert spoon of sugar;
- 50 ml of white rum;
- crushed ice;
- some soda;
- a sprig of fresh mint for decoration.
Preparation
Cut half of the lime into quarters and toss into the glass. Add the mint, after wrinkling it a little in your hand, so that the leaves smell. Pour sugar on top.
Crush the lime with a mudler or something similar to make the juice. Pour in the rum.
Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice and fill ⅔ with soda. Stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
Pour ice to the top. Rub a sprig of mint over the edges of the glass and garnish with a mojito.
2. Mojito without soda
Ingredients
- 20 ml fresh lime juice;
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 50 ml of white rum.
Preparation
Pour the lime juice into a tall glass. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Add the mint and fill the glass to the top with ice. Stir gently with a cocktail spoon to let the mint juice out.
Pour in rum and stir again. Decorate the finished cocktail with a sprig of mint.

3. Non-alcoholic mojito
Ingredients
- ½ lime;
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 15 ml sugar syrup;
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 150 ml soda (sparkling water, Sprite).
Preparation
Cut the lime into 3 wedges, place them in a tall glass and add the mint. Pour in the sugar syrup and muddle.
Fill the glass almost to the top with crushed ice, then pour in the soda and stir gently with a cocktail spoon. Add some ice if there is still room and decorate with a mint leaf.
4. Raspberry mojito
Ingredients
- ½ lime;
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 120 g raspberries;
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 50 ml of white rum;
- 15 ml raspberry syrup;
- 100 ml soda (sparkling water, Sprite).
Preparation
Cut the lime into 3 wedges, place in a tall glass, toss in the mint and muddle. Add raspberries (about 10 berries) and remember again.
Fill a glass with crushed ice, add raspberry syrup and rum.

5. Mojito in the style of margarita
Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint leaves;
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice;
- 50 ml of white rum;
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 100 ml soda (sparkling water, Sprite).
Preparation
Put mint and sugar in a glass, add lime juice and mash so that the mint starts juice and the sugar dissolves a little. Put the prepared mixture in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
After the piece has cooled, place it in a blender bowl, add rum, crushed ice and soda. Whisk until smooth, pour into a tall glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

6. Strawberry mojito

Ingredients
- 150 g of crushed ice;
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice;
- 75 ml sugar syrup;
- 60 ml white rum;
- 3 ml Angostura;
- 300 g ice cubes;
- 20 fresh mint leaves;
- 6 quail egg whites;
- 150 ml soda (sparkling water, Sprite);
- ½ lime;
- 20 g strawberries;
- 6 g blackberries;
- 5 g raspberries.
Preparation
Fill 4 stacks of crushed ice to the top. Pour 10 ml lime juice, 25 ml sugar syrup and rum into a tall mixing glass.
Add angostura, fill with ice cubes and stir with a cocktail spoon. Pour into stacks through a strainer.
Place the mint, quail egg whites, 15 ml lime juice, 50 ml sugar syrup and soda in a blender bowl. Whisk until foamy and place in stacks. Garnish with lime wedges, berries and mint leaves.

Ingredients

- ¹⁄₄ lime;
- 200 g of crushed ice;
- 20 ml sugar syrup;
- 20 ml limoncello;
- 30 ml dry martini;
- 40 ml of white rum;
- 75 ml soda (sparkling water, Sprite).
Preparation
Place the mint in a tall glass, add the lime and muddle. Fill almost to the top with crushed ice.
