You don't need liters of hot oil to make a crispy chicken. Dry and golden skin can be achieved even when baked in the oven by mixing the meat with one very strange ingredient that you probably have in your kitchen arsenal.
This secret ingredient is baking powder. Yes, you are not mistaken, it is the baking powder, which we are used to using to make baked goods splendid, is able to absorb the excess moisture of the chicken skin and thereby help it dry completely in the oven. Due to the fact that the baking powder contains soda and acid, you will not feel any foreign taste, since the ingredients neutralize each other.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken wings;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ⅓ glasses of honey;
- ¼ glasses of hot sauce;
- ¼ a glass of soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Before starting cooking, wash the wings, dry them and chop them at the joint. The tips of the wings should also be chopped off: there is no meat in them.
Combine the salt, paprika and baking powder, then sprinkle on the wings.
Distribute the wings on the parchment and place the leaf on a baking rack. Place the wire rack on a baking sheet and bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 20 minutes on one side, and then another 10 on the other.
You can add icing to the wings if you like. This glaze is prepared in a matter of minutes. Combine honey with vinegar, hot sauce, and soy sauce.
Pour the mixture over the wings and stir.
The crispy wings are best served hot and accompanied by a mountain of napkins.
