  • ½ teaspoon of paprika;
  • ¼ teaspoon of mustard powder;
  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 egg.

Peel the fillet from the films and cut into pieces no more than 3 cm thick.

Prepare the breading by combining flour with dried garlic, mustard and paprika. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and Worcestershire sauce.

Of course, you can also use regular bread crumbs instead of almond flour. But to make the recipe a little healthier, you can use any nut flour that is easy to grind in a coffee grinder.
