- Add 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs or crumbled biscuits.

Preparation

While mixing thoroughly, add the sifted flour to the liquid ingredients in portions (not the entire amount may be required). Knead a soft, smooth dough, roll it into a ball, brush with 1 tablespoon of butter, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 40-60 minutes.
Mix the jam with starch, cook it over low heat for 4–5 minutes until thick and cool. Knead the dough and divide into 15–20 equal parts. Roll each into a flat cake 10–12 cm in diameter. Place 1–2 teaspoons of the filling on the dough, gather and pinch the edges well. Give the patties a flattened shape.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Place the patties in it seam side down and fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
How to cook butter pies with jam in the oven
Ingredients
- 150 ml of milk;
- 5 g dry yeast;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 300 g flour;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 30 ml of water;
- 30 g butter;
- 300 g jam;
- 1 teaspoon of starch;
- 1 egg;
- powdered sugar - to taste.
Preparation
Mix warm milk with yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Cover the mixture with cling film and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place until a fluffy foam hat appears.
Sift the flour and mix with the remaining sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Add milk with yeast, water and melted butter to the mixture. Knead a soft and elastic dough. Roll it into a ball, place in a large bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Knock over the risen dough and place under a towel for 15 minutes. Then divide the dough into 10-12 equal pieces, place them on a table dusty with flour, cover with a towel and leave again for 15 minutes.
Mix jam with starch, cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes until thick and cool. Roll each piece of dough into a circle 3-4 mm thick, put 1-2 teaspoons of jam on it and form into pies. Ingredients
- 600 g flour;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- ½ teaspoon salt;
- 250 ml of kefir;
- 2 eggs;
- 100-120 ml of vegetable oil;
- 400 g jam;
- 2 teaspoons of starch.
Preparation
Sift 250 g flour into a bowl, mix it with sugar, baking soda and salt. Whisk kefir at room temperature with eggs and 2 tablespoons of butter until smooth. Pour it into the dry mixture and mix well.
Kneading thoroughly, gradually add another 200–250 g of flour to the mass. The dough should be soft and elastic. If it sticks to your hands, add some more flour. Roll the dough into a lump, cover with cling film and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix the jam thoroughly with starch and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened, then cool. Divide the dough into 18–20 equal pieces and roll them into flat cakes 4–5 mm thick. Place 2-3 teaspoons of the filling in the center of each, pinch the edges and press lightly on the patties to flatten them.
Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the pies over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
How to make puff pastry pies
Ingredients
- 350 g jam;
- 2 teaspoons of semolina;
- 500 g of puff yeast-free dough;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
Mix jam with semolina, simmer the mixture over low heat for 5-6 minutes until thickened and cool. Preheat oven to 200 ° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle flour on the table and roll out the thawed dough into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Cut it into 8-10 identical rectangles, place 1 full tablespoon of filling on each. Fold the rectangles in half, seal the edges, and make a few slant cuts on the patties.

Add salt and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the matched dough, mix. Gradually adding the remaining flour to the dough, mix the soft, but not sticky dough. Lubricate it with 2 tablespoons of oil and knead well again. Roll the dough into a lump, place in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for 40 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pies on it, keeping a 3-4 cm distance between them. Cover the pies with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Brew tea in 150 ml of water, mix it with the remaining sugar and cool slightly. Grease the pies with tea and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. If you want a brighter crust, 5 minutes before cooking, grease the pies with tea again.
How to make deep-fried jam patties
Ingredients
- 300 g flour;
- 1 teaspoon of salt:

- 130 ml of water;
- 230 g jam;
- 1 teaspoon of starch.
Preparation
