There is a wealth of material on the web about what skills a person will need to be successful in the 2020s and beyond. However, all these lists are made by managers who have successfully learned how to make money out of thin air and other people's labor. Therefore, when it comes to something tangible, everything turns out to be completely different than in fairy tales.

Digital communication is gradually replacing personal communication. There are enough problems with housing and communal services, so if it turns out to successfully coexist with neighbors, half the battle is done.
