What did you do today?

You run to work and your phone rings, then again and again. Then you read hundreds of letters and more often than not you are in the SS, you were put simply "so that you are in the know." Then meetings - one, second, third. And so evening and you are in a hurry home to your family, a computer game or read your favorite blog or RSS feed. But ask yourself this question more often:

What have I done today?

And the trouble is that many consider the normal answer "I worked" or "I prepared a project" or any other answer in the shade of the process, not the result. Asking this question over and over again, you will find that you are constantly in the process, not just on the chosen day. Sum up the month - what have you done each day?
