Jellied pies are easy to prepare. The dough for them does not have to knead and roll out for a long time, since it should be liquid.

1. Jellied mince pie
Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g mayonnaise;
- 120 g sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt to taste;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 200 g sifted flour;
- 1 onion;
- 500 g ground beef;
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- ½ teaspoon of cumin;
- ½ teaspoon thyme;
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- 200 ml of water;
- ½ bunch of dill;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- a few sprigs of basil;
- some butter.
Preparation
Beat eggs. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, about ⅔ teaspoon of salt and baking soda and mix thoroughly. Add flour and mix the dough well again.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet and sauté the finely chopped onion until golden brown. Lay out the minced meat, add nutmeg, cumin, thyme, coriander and salt. Stir and cook the meat for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and simmer over medium heat until all liquid has evaporated. Add the finely chopped greens to the skillet and stir.
Grease a baking dish with butter. Place half of the dough in there and flatten. Spread the filling on top, and on it the remaining dough. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
2. Jellied cabbage pie
Ingredients
- 500 g of cabbage;
- a few feathers of green onions;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- salt to taste;
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 220 g sifted flour;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- some vegetable oil.
Preparation
Chop the cabbage finely and cover with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid, add chopped herbs and salt and stir.
Whisk eggs, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Add flour mixed with baking powder and stir until smooth.
Combine the cabbage and dough and place in a greased baking dish. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at 200 ° C.
3. Chicken Jellied Pie
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- a few tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 800 g chicken fillet;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- a few feathers of green onions;
- salt to taste;
- 2 eggs;
- 500 ml of kefir;
- 320 g sifted flour;
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Preparation
Cut the onion into cubes and lightly fry in hot oil. Place the chicken, cut into small pieces, in a skillet with onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat, add chopped herbs and salt and stir.
Beat eggs, add kefir and beat again. Combine flour, baking soda, sugar and ½ teaspoon of salt. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into the dough and mix again.

4. Jellied Pie with Eggs and Green Onions
Ingredients
- 11 eggs;
- 200 g green onions;
- salt to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 200 g + 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
- 300 ml of kefir;
- 300 g sifted flour;
- 20 g baking powder;
- some vegetable oil;
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds - optional.
Preparation
Boil 6 hard boiled eggs. Cool, peel and cut into cubes. Combine them with finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon sour cream.
Whisk 4 eggs and 1 egg white into a bowl. The yolk is useful for greasing the cake. Add ½ teaspoon of salt, 200 g sour cream and kefir and beat well. Add flour combined with baking powder and stir until smooth.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put half of the dough on the bottom, spread the filling on top, cover with the remaining dough and smooth it out.

- 20 g baking powder;

- a few sprigs of parsley;
- ½ bunch of green onions;
- 350 g of any canned fish;
- 4 large potatoes;
- some vegetable oil;
- ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Whisk in sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and about 1 teaspoon of salt. Combine flour and baking powder. Add flour mixture to liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Chop the onions and herbs finely. Drain the juice from the canned food, put the fish on a plate and chop with a fork. Grate raw peeled potatoes with a coarse grater.
Oil a baking dish. Spread half of the dough over it. Place half of the potatoes on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then - half onions and half green onions, and then all the fish.
Sprinkle the fish with leftover onions, dill, parsley and potatoes. Season the filling with salt and pepper and cover with the other half of the dough.
Bake the cake for about 1 hour at 170 ° C.
6. Zucchini Jellied Pie
Ingredients
- 160 ml of natural yogurt or low-fat sour cream;
- 100 g semolina;
- 400 g zucchini;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs;
- some butter;
- 50 g of hard cheese.
Preparation
Mix yogurt or sour cream with semolina and leave for 10 minutes to swell the cereal. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of salt, stir and leave for 5 minutes.
