Most iOS keyboard shortcuts mimic macOS keyboard shortcuts. If you have a proprietary iPad keyboard with Smart connector, the shortcuts will be completely identical. In Bluetooth keyboards designed for Windows, you will have to use the corresponding function keys: instead of Cmd, press Ctrl, and instead of Option - Alt. Otherwise, everything works the same way.

Desktop

• tap and hold on the icon - move or delete the application;
• pressing the icon hard - launches the quick action menu;
