A handy application for iPhone and iPad, with which you can transform even the most boring video in two minutes.

Twinkling has no superfluous features. Built-in filters, animated effects, the ability to crop the video, as well as add a text block and music - everything you need.

You can edit one video or compose a video from several, uploading each one in turn. There are four resolution options: 1: 1, 4: 3, 16: 9 and 9: 16. If you need to crop a video or remove a fragment from it, the Scissors tool comes to the rescue.

You can overlay a thumbnail of another video on the main video. You choose from what moment it will start playing, what size the window will be and in which corner it will appear. But you cannot edit the added video separately.

The application has 13 built-in filters and six blocks of animated elements of different colors and shapes.

You can also add text to the picture and choose an animated effect for the inscription. There are plenty of fonts and colors.

The sound of the video can be turned off. If this seems boring to you, add a melody from your library or choose one of the built-in ones.

The video editor does not offer outlandish special effects, but with it you can quickly create a funny video to share with friends or post on social networks. It will take you no more than two minutes.
