If your work is almost entirely about email, then you can make it much more productive with Moo.do. This app allows you to turn Gmail into the control center for all your emails, tasks and plans.
This system is not for those people who receive three and a half letters a day or who just want something new. is a serious product for email maniacs who are drowning in hundreds of unread messages bombarded with tasks and urgent reports. Only they will be able to understand, apply and appreciate the capabilities of this product.
First, you need to give the Moo.do app access to your Google account so it can work with your email. Owners of a paid subscription will also be able to connect Google Drive and Google Calendar. In addition, it is possible to customize the interaction of the service with Wunderlist, Workflowy, Trello, Todoist and Google Tasks.
The main workspace of Moo.do is organized according to the canons of the Kanban system. Most of all, this resembles Trello, in which your emails from Gmail are located in the leftmost column. There are two more columns next to the letters: one for planned tasks, and the second for current ones. You can drag and drop items freely between these columns.
In addition to organizing emails using vertical columns, Moo.do has a number of interesting possibilities. For example, you can attach your comments, task lists, files from Google Drive, due dates, tags and tags to emails. You have a complete environment in your hands for planning and controlling your time. It uses emails from Gmail as key elements.
The Moo.do app is currently available as a Chrome browser extension and also has mobile versions for iOS and Android devices. In the future, the developers plan to integrate Moo.do with more different services, as well as add the ability to share within small teams.
