At one time, right after graduation, I attended a lot of interviews. It even happened that I was at SEVENTEEN interviews, after which I got a job at Golden Telecom. I received other suggestions, but at some point the stressful visits to HR departments became a hobby for me. Having received a job offer with an exit plan in two weeks, I bypassed everyone who invited me to talk:) After these tests, employment became quite simple for me.
While preparing for interviews, I always prepared a list of answers to difficult questions like "What are your plans for the next 2 years", "What goals do you set for yourself?" ? " etc. It helped a lot in communicating with HR's and direct line managers. You begin to confidently answer “uncomfortable” (in their opinion) questions and they like you.
Today I found the perfect list of questions / answers to prepare for a job interview, filling out which, you will be Mister Confidence:)
The list in the form of a convenient template was prepared by the author of the blog "Life After College" and includes everything you need to pass any interview with the HR department, which simply weeds out people by attractiveness and adequacy. Naturally, when communicating with prof. topics with a representative from your department, this list will be less helpful.
