“Triathlon. The Olympic Distance "by Igor Sysoev is an absolutely essential part of the library of any amateur triathlete, regardless of whether you are preparing for the" Olympic "or full IRONMAN.

This book came to me late, but not too late to be useful. I read everything that was published by Mann, Ivanov and Ferber on the topic of triathlon. But not Sysoev's book. Probably, the problem is in the name and in my complete lack of interest in the topic of triathlon in its Olympic implementation, suitable for showing on TV. But, having gone through a rather painful and full of mistakes "half", I began to pay more and more attention to details, to respect someone else's experience. And then Sysoev and his very popular book surfaced.

The book covers absolutely all questions of a beginner in triathlon: training, exercises, health and training balance, equipment, trips to competitions, start, rest. Igor was able to tell in a very small book-synopsis decisively about everything that we - amateurs - need to know.

At the same time, there is no heavy information in the book for independent training, as in Joe Frill's Triathlete's Bible.

Are you ready for the beauties of Windows 9 in this upcoming release?

The most interesting and unusual parts of the book for me personally were:

  • how to train on the broken-down roads of Russia;
  • how to increase your effectiveness with legal medicines;
  • which crawl is better;
  • how to arrange a transit with a poor start organization;
  • much more that you will not find in any translated book.

The book is also decorated with the fact that Oleg Kulinenkov, an experienced sports doctor, was the co-author of the coach of the Russian national triathlon team Sysoev.
