Since excess liquid in the nose accumulates in everyone, and not everyone is able to get rid of it so as not to stain themselves or the one running alongside. For runners

Remember that you can do this only on the street, but in no case should you try it on a treadmill in the gym!

Before clearing your nose, make sure there is no one next to you or behind you. There should not be a single person around you within a radius of 1.5–2 meters.

  1. Take a deep breath through your mouth.
  2. Pinch one nostril with your finger.
  3. Close your lips.
  4. Turn your head slightly towards the open nostril and exhale sharply through it.
  5. Repeat the same for the second nostril.

For cyclists

With cyclists, everything is more difficult, since they also need to not fall off the bike. For them, the technique differs in that they turn to the right, clamp the right nostril with their right hand and clean the nose through the left. Then they repeat the same on the other side.
