Almost all of us drink coffee. That is, you are consuming caffeine. Tea drinkers may not relax. You also use caffeine. Don't drink tea and coffee at all? Don't worry, 99% of you also consume caffeine. And now the question is: how useful is it (caffeine)? I want to tell you about a book that is the result of research on caffeine. The book will make you think about how much caffeine you consume, how beneficial it is. And what is healthier to drink: tea or coffee.

First impressions
The book is initially not impressive at all. To be honest, the author did not succeed at all in the first chapter. I started reading the book, read the first chapter. The book didn't go, and I put it aside on the distant electronic shelf on my Kindle. A week later, she caught my eye, and I decided to give her a second chance.
And, surprisingly, the book continued to be read easily and quickly. In the first chapter, the author used chemical terms a lot. And this drives you into melancholy. At least me. I don't like chemistry and chemists at all. Students and graduates of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute will probably understand me. After the first chapter, the author began writing in an easy-to-read style. Almost like the stories of travelers.
Who is this book for and what is it about
For me, for you, for you and for everyone. 99% of people consume caffeine in one form or another. And to know about what you eat and drink is very useful. In general, I advise you to study your food in more detail. It will help you eat healthy and change your life in a positive way.
The author first talks a little about the history of caffeine and its initial use. And it goes deep into the chemical composition of caffeine and its properties. After reading the book, you will learn many useful things. How and why caffeine sharpens the mind. What benefits does it bring to the human body. Which is harmful.
Caffeine is a drug. Consequently, selling it is one of the subtypes of the drug business. Just like in the real drug business, a new product is created here from time to time, which is rapidly gaining popularity. For example, in the last couple of decades, iced teas have become such a product. Another successful product containing caffeine is various energy drinks. You can learn about all this from the book. The author talks very interestingly about why and why these same energy drinks were created and why cold teas are more harmful than Coca-Cola.
Output
There are many articles on healthy eating on our site. This book is just about this topic. But in a very easy to read style. The book will suit you if you are worried about your health and want to eat healthily. Due to a rather narrow topic, the author had to work hard not to turn reading this book into hard labor. And precisely because of its narrow focus, I rated this book 6, 5 out of 10 points. Read this book, write out useful information from it and present it to your friend, brother, neighbor, or anyone else. You won't need it anymore.
