Dish options for those who are tired of the banal omelet and fried eggs.
1. Yolk on the "cloud"
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them with salt until firm. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with oil. Divide the protein mass into portions and place them on a baking sheet. Shape each into a nest by making a recess in the center. Put the yolk in the holes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the dish. Bake the eggs in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. Fried eggs in the microwave
Preheat a plate in the microwave for two minutes. Break an egg into it. Pierce the yolk gently to prevent it from spreading. Microwave the egg for about 45 seconds. Cooking times may vary depending on the oven model.
3. Crispy stuffed eggs
Boil the eggs, peel, cut in half, remove the yolk. Dip the halves of the proteins in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of butter. After that, they can be stuffed with any filling.
4. Filled omelet
You can quickly get a fluffy omelet without flour, milk and other additives if you first beat the whites. Then add the yolks to the lush mass. Stir the eggs vigorously, but briefly so that the mixture does not fall off. Then place the eggs in a greased skillet and bake as usual.
A lush omelet will be tricky to roll up to fill. Use a spatula in the middle of it to fold a fold in the same motion as if you were cutting an egg pancake. After that, the omelet will fold twice much easier.
5. Egg Express Pie
Mix eggs with spices, herbs, add the filling: tomatoes, pieces of boiled chicken, sausage. Bake in the oven until tender, then cut into pieces.
6. Filled Eggs Steamed in Korean Style
For a tender and healthy dish, beat eggs with salt and spices a little. Place the muffin cups in a pot of water and pour the egg mixture over them. When the mass begins to stabilize, you can add any filling to your taste.
7. Pickled eggs
Boil the eggs, peel them, and top with the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar mixture. For 100 ml of soy sauce, you need ½ tablespoon of rice vinegar and ¼ of sugar. If the sauce is too salty, dilute it with water before making the marinade. The eggs will acquire a pleasant brown color and an unusual taste.
8. Eggs "smoky"
If you've brought boiled eggs with you to the picnic, but no one wants to eat them because of the simplicity of the dish, add flavor to them using the grill. Place the peeled eggs on a wire rack and heat. The aroma of the coals will make them more appetizing.
9. Egg in a bun
Take a fluffy round bun, cut off the top and remove the pulp. Pour the beaten egg into the resulting pot. Various fillings can be added. Bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, and you get a crispy bun with tender and satisfying contents.
10. Tamagoyaki - Japanese-style roll
To make tamagoyaki, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1–1½ tablespoons of sugar to 2 eggs. It also takes a little dexterity in cooking.
Pour some egg mixture into a greased skillet. Once it thickens, quickly roll the pancake into a roll and leave it on the edge of the pan. Pour in some more mixture. When it's done, wrap the roll in it from the edge of the plate. Repeat the manipulation until the entire egg mixture is turned into one large roll.
