In running and walking workouts, you can set a goal - how many kilometers you want to run, how long to exercise, or how many calories to burn. After that, it remains to start the workout and listen to the voice prompts of the application. You can turn them off if desired.
Workout log
After completing an activity, the bracelet sends data to the application, and you can view it in the "Training log" tab. It displays the total number of sessions and calories burned for all workouts, as well as information for each of them. You can categorize the log data by activity - for example, view only running workouts.
In cardio, you see a graph of your heart rate and pace for the entire workout. The average heart rate for the entire run seemed plausible to me: 134 beats per minute is a normal figure for a speed of 10-12 km / h. The peak of 176 beats per minute, apparently, happened during spontaneous acceleration to the beginning of a bouncy track in headphones. The graph shows two dips in pace: in the first I was tying my shoelaces, in the second I was taking off my shirt.
In terms of distance, these applications approximately coincided with the track - they reduced the run by 30 meters. Perhaps due to two stops in the process.

You don't have to do this often: thanks to the powerful chip, it keeps a charge for up to 12 days, so you can even take it on vacation. But remember: some of the fitness tracker's features are energy consuming. For example, continuous tracking of heart rate or SpO2.
