When people live together for a long time, their immune systems become similar over time. This is partly due to common habits. If your loved ones have weak immunity, pay attention to your own. Perhaps you should change your lifestyle.
8. Antibiotics
Antibiotics should only be used in extreme cases. They destroy any interaction between your immune system and bacteria. Therefore, antibiotics help to cope with the disease faster, but after recovery, your immune system is more vulnerable than before using them.
