Lemon peel

  • Add lemon peel to tea.
  • Prepare candied fruits. To do this, grind the peel and soak it for a day, periodically changing the water. Then boil water, add sugar and crust and cook for an hour. Place the candied fruits on a dry surface and let them dry.
  • Make lemon brandy. Cut the peel into pieces and add them to the brandy container. The drink should be infused for 3-4 weeks.

Orange peel

  • Place a piece of peel in a glass of water and refrigerate. The water will become tastier and more aromatic.
  • Make a natural candle.
  • Add orange peels to the brown sugar bag to keep the sugar from drying out.
  • Make a natural scrub by mixing sugar, zest, and various oils.

Kumquat peel

Prepare the jam. Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar and chopped peel. Remember to rinse it well with a brush or sponge before use. The cooked jam should look like syrup

Grapefruit peel

  • Add some chopped peel to the salad for a zesty citrus scent.
  • Wash with water infused with grapefruit peels. This will leave your skin looking fresh and radiant.

Tangerine peel

  • Prepare an aromatic tea by adding some tangerine peels to a mug.
  • Pour boiling water over the crusts. Cool, strain and pour into an ice cube tray. Use these cubes to rub your face and neck in the morning.

Peel of any citrus fruits

  • Make a sachet with a mixture of different citrus peels and place in your closet or bathroom. This will not only give a wonderful scent, but it will also help get rid of moths.
  • Disguise unpleasant odors in the kitchen. The rind can be added to the trash bag if you have recently thrown away, for example, garlic hulls.
  • Crushed crusts are the basis for compost, as they make the soil more fertile. Plus, the citrus scent will keep cats and dogs away from the garden. Therefore, they can be used to wipe home plants so that animals do not encroach on them.
  • Chew citrus peels after meals to freshen your breath.
  • Pour a little water over the crusts and put on low heat. A fresh pleasant smell will spread throughout the apartment.
  • Peel the gum or gum from the soles of your shoes.
  • Combine warm water and a couple of citrus rinds in a blender. Such a composition will save you from unwanted anthills in the garden.
  • Add crust powder to the bath for scent.
  • Use the zest when making homemade soap.
