What is TOEFL

TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) is a standardized test of knowledge of English as a foreign language, which you will have to take if you want to study at a foreign university in English (popular in the USA, Canada, as well as Europe and Asia). Today, the most preferred in many universities is the Internet version of the exam (TOEFL iBT), for which I was also preparing.

The exam consists of four parts: Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking. You need to prepare for each of them separately.

TOEFL cannot be compared to any English exam that we have taken at school, university or course. It has its own structure, specific logic and tasks.
