Instagram took a responsible approach to creating Layout. To begin with, the company analyzed the pictures inside the social network, which used a collage. As it turned out, 90% of these photos are human faces. The results obtained have become the reason for the appearance in the new product of a separate section, which contains all your selfies and portraits. This function works thanks to the Facial Detection technology, which, unlike the Facial Recognition of the social network Facebook, detects only facial features, and not the people in the photo.
From nine photos of your choice, you can compose the final collage and share it on Facebook or Instagram. In addition, images can be flipped horizontally and vertically, tilted, stretched and enlarged. The "Photo Booth" function allows you to take several pictures in a row at a given interval, and then combine them into one photo, which will surely appeal to fans of burst shots.
Although the application can be downloaded for free, at the moment it is not available in stores in all countries. Owners of Android smartphones will have to wait a bit. Be that as it may, it seems that after the release of Layout, many applications of this segment will remain out of work for a long time.
