1. View mail from any browser

With the web version of iCloud, you can access your mail from a browser on any computer. In addition to the standard functions, there are several functions that are not available in regular email clients.

2. Use aliases to combat spam

Anyone who, due to spam or for any other reason, does not want to disclose their main email address, will love the ability to create aliases. They allow you to redirect messages to real mail without showing it to recipients.

In total, you can create up to three such aliases. This is done in the settings, which are opened by clicking on the gear in the lower left corner. On the Accounts tab, you need to click Create Alias, then come up with an address and add a shortcut if necessary.

3. Set up filters

A feature so much appreciated in Gmail is also in iCloud. Filters make it easy to keep your mail organized by automatically moving inboxes to the correct mailboxes. You can use the sender, subject, alias, and more as processing criteria.

To add a new filter, open Mail in iCloud and go to settings. On the Filters tab, set the criteria you want to sort your incoming messages and select the action you want to apply to them.

4. Send large files via Mail Drop

Thanks to this great feature, you can easily share files up to 5 gigabytes with friends and colleagues, sending them as ordinary email attachments. At the same time, the elements themselves are uploaded to the Apple cloud, where they are stored for 30 days and downloaded from the link in the letter.

Before using Mail Drop, you will have to enable it in the settings on the "Format" tab. After that, the files can be simply dragged into the browser window or use the attachment attachment button.

5. Forward mail to other mailboxes
