Preparation

4. Chocolate cake with feijoa
Ingredients
- 85 g butter + a little for lubrication;
- 150 g sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 300 g of feijoa pulp;
- 190 g flour;
- 60 g cocoa powder;
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- 115 g sour cream.
Preparation
Beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer until creamy. While whisking, add eggs to the mixture. Purée the feijoa separately, add to the oil mixture and stir.
In another container, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the butter mixture and sour cream and knead the dough.
Oil a baking dish. Place the dough in there and flatten. Bake the cake at 180 ° C for about an hour. Cool before slicing.
5. Ginger crumble with feijoa

- 10 feijoa;

- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 50 g oatmeal;
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 50 g almond petals;
- some olive oil.
Preparation
