A simple way to get rid of annoying and low-quality service recommendations.
Google recommendations work well as long as you watch videos about the same topic. But as soon as you show your colleagues the Best Fun of 2017, the clear structure of recommendations will turn into a mess of content of dubious quality. But this is not the worst thing.
The main problem is the "Next" playlist, which is on the right while watching the video. Sometimes the recommendations in it are much worse than the video that you are watching. The Wall Street Journal conducted an investigation and found out that the more often you open a video from this playlist, the worse the selection becomes.
