TypWrittr is a simple browser-based text editor. There are not many office functions here, but this service is perfect for those who need to create a small note.
All tools flow seamlessly to the web, with text editors leading the way. To work with text, you do not need overly complex programs, power and a large number of tools. If you are not working with office documents, a simple text editor will suffice. And why shouldn't he be on the web too?
TypWrittr is one of the many text editors that you don't have to download and install to work with. It's on the web, and you just need to open a new tab to start writing text.
The service is not oversaturated with features, and this is more a plus than a minus. There are several things you expect from a text editor, and simplicity is one of them. TypWrittr looks like a blank sheet of paper, with dozens of templates with epic titles like Alien Structures or Endless Frost in the background.
The service has a sufficient number of settings. You can set the background from the list of suggested ones or upload your own, choose the color and size of the font and other elements.
TypWrittr requires registration with email, Twitter or Facebook in order to store your texts in its cloud. There is a separate button for saving, but the text will also be saved automatically after 3 seconds of inactivity.
Service is good but not perfect. I didn't like the list of fonts: they all look like they were transported in a time machine from the nineties. I would also like to be able to export text to HTML. This will come in handy for those who deal with WordPress and other content systems.
But in general, TypWrittr is a fairly convenient, and most importantly, absolutely free tool for working with text. You won't find office tools here, let alone the ability to create lists. But its functionality will be enough for those who need to create a note or small text material.
