Simple ways to save your time.
Orange
Option 1
You can divide the orange into slices in this rather simple way. Cut off the top and bottom of the fruit, then make a small vertical cut. Expand the orange.
Option 2
If you want a whole peeled orange, try this option. Make a shallow cut along the entire length of the fruit. Then take a spoon and gently separate the flesh from the rind.
Avocado
Wash the avocado. Make cuts on all four sides. Separate the pulp from the kernel. Remove the skin from the slices by gently pulling on the corner.
Mango
Slice through the mango, peeling off the wedges on all four sides and bypassing the pit. Remove the skin with a glass.
Strawberry
A straw will help to separate the berries from the stalk. Just poke the strawberries into it from the bottom up.
Banana
Press down on the tip of the banana to break the peel. Pull the edge of the skin down and then remove it entirely.
Bell pepper
Lay the pepper on one side and cut off the cap with a sharp knife. Remove the seeds with your hand or spoon. Divide the pepper in half. Trim off any excess so that the pepper particles are flat. Fold them on top of each other, cut into cubes.
