In this article, I decided to talk about the mobile and web versions of the Polar Flow system, since I sincerely consider it to be the best free and paid solution that there is at the moment for tracking training.

It's fair to say that I'm a desperate Polar fan. I moved to it from Garmin and I'm terribly happy about that. I went ahead and gathered a group of people with no experience in my test program. Their training program is built in the Polar Flow system and monitored by the trainer using the Polar Coach protocol. Below I will talk about the mobile and Polar Flow system.

Access to the Polar ecosystem is through the free Polar Beat apps for iOS and Android.

Already with them, you can start workouts, which are then exported to Strava or Training Peaks. If you add the H7 Bluetooth heart rate sensor, you can reveal all the capabilities of the system for monitoring workload and recovery.

The next step is watches and bracelets, but this is not the topic of my review.

This is the most functional part of the ecosystem. I personally spend most of my time in it.

The application is usually used to sync via Bluetooth with watches and bracelets, watch workouts, and create beautiful pictures for sharing on social networks. It seems like this:
