The thing is, you can't delete goals, you can only fail, so if you don't want to be a loser, you have to either start over or move them one day.
For example, I really liked this approach - you know that the goal will fail and there is nothing left but to start over or continue the execution without counting today.
Then it’s easy - to work on yourself, so that you would not be ashamed to answer the questions of the application. The process itself evokes only positive emotions, reminders are unobtrusive and, at the same time, demanding.
A big plus of "My Motivation" is its minimalistic design, which allows you to focus on achieving goals and emphasizes that everything except them is secondary. You can add various icons to each of the ready-made goal templates, of which there are many. There are also two additional skins that can be unlocked by sharing the target on Twitter or Facebook.
Sharing on social media will be another additional motivator for you. And why not brag about the result if it is impressive? Perhaps your post will inspire some of your friends and you will make this world a better place.
When a couple of weeks have passed, you can look at the statistics and admire your achieved goals. They can also be shared with friends or duplicated if you don't want to stop there.
Separately, it is worth noting the fact that the developers keep up with the times and despite the first version of the application, it already has support for the Apple Watch.
