In 2020, many interesting low-cost smartphones have hit the market. Identifying the best one turned out to be difficult, but the choice was made - this is the Samsung Galaxy M21.
Considering the fact that modern flagships are already under 100 thousand rubles, we limited the category of budget devices to 15-16 thousand. In this price range, there was no perfect gadget that was absolutely devoid of flaws, but the Galaxy M21 turned out to be closer than others to this characteristic.
