The formula is called "10-3-2-1-0" and was invented by fitness trainer Craig Ballantyne.
- 10 hours before bed: no caffeine;
- 3 hours before bed: no food or alcohol;
- 2 hours before bed: no work;
- 1 hour before bed: no screens;
- 0: Number of times the Snooze button was pressed on the alarm in the morning.
These recommendations look very simple and quite reasonable. The author of the technique claims that with the help of his advice, many people have already regained normal sleep at night and have become much more productive during the day.
